Cactus, the blog that you’ve responded to wasn’t my entry (read down to find out who wrote the entry!) ok? But I believe that the blame should be directed on me because I was obviously the one who started this whole mess and I am obliged to end this catastrophe.
I suppose, there was nothing wrong with the entry that I wrote a couple of weeks ago. I was obviously having fun writing on our blog and decided to write what I actually feel with regards to the band’s status since this blog is dedicated to our band. I wrote the entry half jokingly because I don’t want to be too straight forward and hurt someone else’s feeling because its not really intended that way in the first place, its merely an execution of my feelings and nothing more.
Why did I wrote something like that in the first place anyways? Well basically it’s because I really felt bad because I see that the band wasn’t moving, I mean that was based from personal perspective. But I knew all along that the reason why we cant set up a practice and move was because there was no available drummer. I probably made a big deal out of it and started so many boos and blah on that entry. My mistakes...
And why am I in a rush? It’s because I had so many commitments that needs to work on with and I am scared that I may take Lazy for granted. I may also leave the country within this year, I can’t tell what’s going to happen next but eventually I will go back here.
With regards to the constructive criticisms, I know my deficiencies and wish to work on it but it seem that I may have less time doing it because of work and other commitments.
To respond to cactus’ entry, again, it wasn’t my entry which you’ve responded to and I don’t see any reason to get mad at you! Is there? And quitting isn’t always the answer cactus! Probably it’s just your feeling provoking you to think of quitting lazy, cant blame you for that. Quitting won’t solve anything, it would just worsen Lazy's status. Lets talk this over a cup of coffee or a 5-peso taho.Ok?
With regards to twisted entry on fun! He got this notion that indie as a music genre doesn’t follow rules since it is not mainstream and mainstream follow rules! Play as it is. Indie wouldn’t mind if you practice or or did not practice, as long as you’re having fun on stage or off stage and you basically don’t care what people think as long as you’re having fun. If they like your music, its a plus factor if they don’t its a minus factor but its just ok, as long as you’re having fun doing what you want to do.But in our case,I strongly suggest that we arrange the songs properly which means we really really need to practice especially for beginners like us. We need to get our acts done accordingly. So Lazy's short term to medium term goal: PRACTICE AND ARRANGE!
On May's gig at buzz night: we'll see if we can arrange at least 5 songs if not, then we postpone to next month.ok?
On twisted reaction on your constructive criticism, we already know the skills we lack at and we are trying our best to develop our skills, need not to mention it again. Like what I’ve said, in my case I may find less time developing my skills because of time constrains but you know what! I think as we move on, we’ll eventually improve our craft.
I think I should end this issue already. Its getting out of my league. I think I’ve said enough. I don’t know if I answered matters satisfactorily, just so, we can talk matters personally, again, over a cup of coffee or 5-peso taho or we could just forget all of this, start all over and move on and save you money from buying coffee or taho. So which do you prefer? (Food na lang! harharhar!)
-nothing follows- (meaning no one will respond to this entry ok?)

Redirecting
I had been doing some thinking lately. I may have been too preoccupied with speeding up the process of things but it should not have been that way. I should step back a little and take things one step at a time. Ok.
I also have been contemplating on Lazy’s music. I feel that I shouldn’t feel comfortable on what people might think of our music. If they find Lazy’s music good, its fine, if they don’t its also fine. Lazy’s music doesn’t need to please anyone. If you feel please its fine or if it doesn’t then its fine too.
Lazy’s music is one of so many options where you can choose from from a variety of music surfacing the music scene. The good thing about this, people doesn’t need to stick to one kind of music and bleed their ears listening to it. Lazy’s purpose is to become one of many people’s selections in music. It is not hoped to be loved, to be adore, to be chosen nor to be listen to. The fate of Lazy’s music lies in your hand.
Lazy’s music doesn’t complicate matters, matters complicate lazy’s music.
(tis is just another of heeowa's contemplation...just thinking)

I would like to give my heartfelt thanks (naks!) to Aris Pinlac, another twisted friend of twisted peanut (in a good way) for believing in the capabilities of Lazy Lorelei. God has given this guy a talent to comprehend things in a wider perspective. (ive read ur YM correspondence with twisted, it made us feel good about ourselves and the way we create our music. Sana maraming kagaya mong malawak ang pangunawa.)

Dream May Come True!
William Arthur Ward: Dream Quote
If you can imagine it, you can achieve it. If you can dream it, you can become it.
Oscar Hammerstein: Dream Quote
If you don't have a dream, how are you going to make a dream come true?
Richard M. DeVos: Dream Quote
If you have a dream, give it a chance to happen.
Henry David Thoreau: Dream Quote
If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; there is where they should be. Now put foundations under them.
Antoine de Saint-Exupery: Dream Quote
If you want to build a ship, don't herd people together to collect wood and don't assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.
Thomas Robert Gaines: Dream Quote
It is good to dream, but it is better to dream and work.
Faith is mighty, but action with faith is mightier.
